After introducing myself and sharing my passion for baking🍰 in my previous blog post, I thought it would be fitting to delve deeper into how this delightful hobby has become an essential part of my free time.

My personal brand story is all about my journey as a baker. From baking homemade cookies with my mom to attending culinary interest class, my love for baking has remained constant. I have always been drawn to the science behind baking the precise measurements, temperature control, and chemical reactions that create the perfect dessert.

As Christmas approaches, I make cookies with my mother to give to neighbors and friends.

As a youngster, I sat on a stool, wide-eyed and inquisitive, watching my mother turn basic ingredients into wonderful delicacies. As her expert hands effortlessly formed doughs and batters, flour clouds floated in the air. My enthusiasm for baking was kneaded into life during those times.

My enthusiasm for baking grew as the years passed. I'd excitedly accompany my mother in the kitchen, soaking in the artistry of her hands at work. Every product, from exquisite pastries to substantial bread, reflected her love and passion.

In my teenage years, I began experimenting on my own, turned the kitchen into a flavour laboratory. I had my fair share of charred edges and sunken cakes, but with each blunder, I learned a lesson and moved one step closer to mastering the delicate chemistry of baking.

On the weekend, I try making an innovative cake with a new flavor called “cilantro cake”

My friends and family became my willing taste-testers, indulging in my  savory experiments. The kitchen, long a place of tradition, now reverberated with shared laughter and measuring spoon clinking.

One of my favourite features about baking is the flexibility it gives me to express my creativity. Baking allows me to express myself artistically, whether it's by experimenting with new flavour combinations, crafting complex cake decorations, or developing my own spin on a traditional recipe. The delight that comes from the completed product is unsurpassed, both visually and in flavour.

Baking, beyond being just a hobby, has become my therapeutic escape and a way for me to nurture my creative side. It has taught me patience, provided me with moments of tranquility, and given me a chance to express myself in a delectable way.
